Internship/Externship

This co-op experience is paid on-the-job training. It prepares the student to acquire hands-on job skills and work habits in conjunction with the students employment site. The student will work at a sponsoring repair shop or dealership approximately three days a week (or to be arranged with instructors approval) performing a variety of automotive repairs. Visits by the school supervisor provide the basis for evaluation. Students are required to complete a total of one co-op experience in the associate degree program.
