Cost
The cost below is for the Cost 2009 - 2010 Contract Term and will be the fixed rate for Campus Housing for the next three contract terms. Note that rent payments are made twice per year (prior to August and January start).
Contract Options and Costs:
- Contract Option 1 is a 12 month contract beginning in August and ending in August. (Dates based on Academic Year schedule). Cost is $5940 which is split into two payments of $2970.
- Contract Option 2 is a Fall/Winter only contract beginning in August and ending in May. (Dates based on semester schedule). The cost is $5150 which is split into two payments of $2575.
Deposit
- $40.00 application fee for incoming students.
- $20.00 application fee for returning students.
- $200.00 security deposit due when submitting contract.

The first unit will be a three-story apartment building with:
- 24 four bedroom furnished units
- Four students per unit
(1 resident per bedroom) - Two bedrooms per bathroom, extra vanity sink
