Governor signs law to create Michigan New Jobs Training Program

Gov. Jennifer Granholm was joined by Jackson Community College President Daniel J. Phelan, Sen. Mark Jansen (R-28th District), Rep. Richard Hammel (D-48th Disrict), several Michigan community college presidents and representatives of the Michigan Community College Association in a signing ceremony for the Michigan New Jobs Training Program today at the Capitol in Lansing.
