Tryout planned for 209 men's soccer team

Jackson Community College’s men’s soccer program would like to extend an invitation to all Jackson-area seniors and college-aged players interested in enrolling at JCC and playing soccer next fall.

Men’s soccer will have an open tryout on Saturday, Nov. 8 at JCC’s game field, on the southeast end of the Jackson campus. The tryout will run from 12 noon to no later than 2 p.m. Players must bring cleats and guards, balls will be provided. Upon arrival, players must fill out the insurance waiver provided by the JCC athletic department.

This will be the only tryout for the men’s 2009 team, and scholarships are available based upon talent. Questions may be directed to Coach Jason Smith at SmithJasonM@jccmi.edu.
