Michigan Electronic Library (MeL)
The Michigan Electronic Library (MeL) is an online information system that provides residents of Michigan with no-charge access to a core set of electronic resources over the Internet. MeL's 'virtual library' is selected and evaluated by librarians and is designed to be a comprehensive electronic information tool for the state's libraries, schools and citizens.
What Will I Get From MeL?
As a Michigan resident, you'll get great information for free. MeL's librarians have scoured the Internet to find the best websites on the topics you are researching.
NOTE: You will need a Michigan driver's license or state ID number for most of the databases if you are accessing them from outside JCC's campus.
