Logging into FAQs and Online Tutorials

Login Process

After clicking on the FAQ or Online Tutorials  link, you will see the following login box.

Type your User name and Password in the provided fields in one of the following two ways below.

Example: John C. Chips

A) Username: jccmi\chipsjohnc

B) Username: chipsjohnc@jccmi.edu

 

Click OK

 

You should now have gained access to the FAQ or Online Tutorials information.

Login Error Message Assistance

If you receive the following error message, please contact the JCC Solution Center at ext. 8639.

You are not authorized to view this page

You do not have permissions to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to accept.
