Free forum to explore today's high-demand jobs

Looking for a job or a career change and not sure where to begin? Jackson Community College’s Corporate and Continuing Education office will present a free public forum on “High-Demand Careers” from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26 in the Potter Center cafeteria.

This free forum will explore the high-demand jobs that local employers need now and in the future. JCC will bring together economic and workforce organizations to provide participants with the most up-to-date information and resources regarding how to get training and education for those high-demand jobs.

Participants will also learn about other workshops they may attend to assist in a successful job search. Though the event is free, please RSVP in advance to 517.796.8615 to help in planning purposes. Upcoming free community forums will include “How to Get Your GED,” from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, March 26 at JCC.
